  I enjoy there price of monthly bill. Never higher than I thought, always the same price or lesser. Like the perks 😀. I've been a customer for over 2 years now and will continue to be. My bill is around $35-$40 that's it never higher than that. Come on over and switch to Total Wireless you never need another wireless company ever again. It's your best bet yet so come on and make the switch...

  I'm annoyed with Totally Wireless Services. They never alert you to let you know you're running low on data usage. It suddenly isn't there—and usually at an inconvenient time. It's becomes a hassle to have to go to the website or into the app(somehow) to buy another reload because the low service plan doesn't provide enough data to make it thru the month. Sigh... I would just appreciate an alert to let me know.

  This App is HORRIBLE! There is a "Rewards" portion of the app that doesn't actually give you rewards. When you play their little rewards games, the games never give you any points! Occasionally, the game will say you won points, but when you check, there are no points actually rewarded to you! THE APP LIES TO YOU! I have been ripped off so many times. I have even called their tech support and notified them of this problem, and they just lied to me and said the rewards app is working fine!

  It's not the app that gives me problems most days. It's the customer service. How are you not 24 hours? I've had so many problems just trying to pay my bill thru the stupid app. You took my money, but my phone is still off. I can't get ahold of anyone to help me. It's extremely frustrating. I'll be switching carriers.

  Not happy with this company lately, the app is TRASH, it keeps asking me to verify my email after I Already have over 10 times, then after being with them for a year, I redeemed the 200 off a phone credit, only to find out it didn't take a single cent off the purchase. To make it even worse, They still haven't even shipped the phone yet, that I paid EXTRA to have TODAY! I honestly feel like I have been SCAMMED twice now. Debating leaving for another provider, unacceptable! Don't come here!
