  I've been using it for 1,5 years now and I gotta say the GPS is a bit inaccurate and very slow. another thing is the POP UPS. Multiple of them. And the useless notification on the notification bar saying that the app is running in the background. it is incredibly annoying so if any developer maybe sees this, I am begging u to remove them. But overall not bad for a free app.

  I was really enjoying the app and even the subscription, but I’ve noticed ongoing issues with the location feature. At times, it shows my partner in a location he is not actually at, and vice versa. It has also repeatedly shown from his end that my permissions are turned off, while on my end they are clearly enabled. Since this has happened multiple times, we’ve decided to explore other options.

  Disappointed. I loved the free version. It did great with tracking and would even track short distance walks, even when I stepped outside to take the dog out, or walked around inside a store. However, as soon as I upgraded to a paid subscription, this all stopped. This is extremely disappointing because I was hoping to use this app for upcoming cross country and international travel for my family to monitor my location and safety.

  Its been pretty good up until the last couple months. Accuracy on the same devices has gone down and now the map does not resolve (just shows the users icon on a beige background). Update 2/17/26: just seems to be getting worse. Try to use it to track my family and the thing cannot be forced to update a location. Trying to track my daughter and it hasn't updated for 20 minutes... she could easily be more than 20 miles away by now! Terrible.

  The app isn't accurate with driving location, only when you're stopped somewhere. I installed this for driving location and to record any events that may happen during the drive. It only records about 10 mins of my drive before it stops. I usually don't have my phone in battery saver mode and it says the battery saver mode is affecting it. I've had this app a week and it has made no improvements. I did like when it did work and told me the events, but it just stopped working properly.

  This app is trash. It is not accurate. Geez, where do I start? 1. It needs for you to have wifi on all the time. Even when you are not connected to a wifi 🤷‍♂️. It will send you an alert when other phones on your plan leave a favorited location and when you log in to see where they are It says they haven't left home all day and there "inaccurate data due to..." something stupid! You have like 3 days to see if you like it! Don't forget because you get charged for the entire year if you do!
