  Giving it a 5 star so that my review stays at the top and people can know about it.. The worst customer care ever!! I had ordered chicken from Imperio restaurant late at night and it was soooo raw and was stinking the whole order was for 600₹ but the chicken was around 300₹ and guess what the customer care offered us to return back 63₹ how great of them !!!! THE WORST SERVICE !!

  An item was missing from my order. I reported it immediately through the help center, but no action was taken. After escalating via email, my refund was denied with the explanation that "instances of missing items are rare." That response is frustrating and dismissive, especially when customers frequently report similar issues. Very poor complaint handling and customer support.

  The application is not user friendly when it comes to raising an issue. They have an AI response system, which does not forward your issue, even if we mentioned unable to understand my issue in the response segment. I've been facing a few issues relatively; 1. Choosing fast delivery in less than 30mins, that never comes on time. The time freezes and it gets delayed by 1/3 plus time to which they reply there has been slight delay. No one is there to take responsibility.

  Worst experience ever. The food was not delivered on the train despite the order being confirmed. This puts customers in a very confusing situation, as they keep waiting instead of ordering from other vendors. If the service cannot fulfill an order, it should not confirm it in the first place. Poor coordination, lack of communication, and a complete waste of time. Highly disappointed with the service and would not recommend it.

  ⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. I waited over 90 minutes for my order, and the delivery time kept increasing. The delivery partner later informed me that another person had already taken my order and asked me to cancel it. No one could provide a clear update on where my order was. Offering a ₹50 coupon after wasting so much of a customer's time is unacceptable. Poor coordination, poor communication, and no respect for customers' time.

  I am an old customer but recently zomato has stopped providing any resolution in can you have any missing item or wrong item. It has happened with me twice. Today only I ordered some items from this app and the restaurant did not add maggi in it even though I had paid money for the said item. I tried to contact customer care but to no avail. the app just gives you a link to the mail id with 24 hours as response time. No way of contacting anyone. pathetic service. utterly disappointed.
