the store, the food, the rewards program, and the app itself are great. however!! I don't like how the free scratch offs are buried or hidden now and it doesn't seem like I get as near as many winners as I used to get. my other beef is that they have asked for my feedback multiple times and the links never work. not sometimes work, NEVER work and I've sent communication about it twice with ZERO response. the feedback was going to be positive but you need to listen and respond
The ordering experience is so inconsistent. I haven't been able to pay for an order in the app in probably a year. I always have to do pay in store. Then even getting the order to complete a coin toss. It's quite frustrating and I often find myself giving up and ordering elsewhere. It makes no sense.
Horrible! Do not download unless you know how to fix this bug! I have been trying to log in for almost a whole year. We originally thought that it was my phones problem, that it was broken. Nope! I just got a brand-new never used phone lat week, and I still can't log back in! Even through a computer I can't get back in. That's only one of the problems. The app is also extremely unorganized. And it doesn't help that they update every week! DO NOT GET IF YOU WANT A GOOD WORKING APP! THIS ISN'T ONE
Want to place an order? Tough. On the rare occasion I can log into this app after multiple steps, I still can't place an order. I can get everything in the cart and when I go to check out, I can't move forward. If I try to pay in advance, the order fails. If I try to opt for paying upon arrival, there's no way to move forward.
You're latest update is bad. I've added a pizza to my order, twice now. When I open my cart which, has the number 2 overlaid, it says the cart is empty. Can't finish the order if it doesn't acknowledge it in the cart. Bummer, I have no car, so you just lost business over this glitch. 🙄🙄 also app is less user friendly in my opinion. I was confused where as before I was not. I've even been employed with Casey's before, still confused. 😆😆
