  very good to filter many fields but one issue I noticed is that while filter it shows 108 searches and you click show results then it shows only 11 items.. but the staff when they try to show house are very quick and supportive.. house hunting still on let us see how it ends. hope their app team working on clearing this glitch or in less it is a known fooling technique 🙂

  im saying even the RM is not responsive during work hours. thereis no way to call the RM. this is property related matter so someone should be there to connect atleast during work hours. Great app but a lot of improvement required for relationship management. as a buyer, app interface and how it works is better than any other app available in the market currently.

  Please avoid spamming apartment owners with repeated phone calls. It becomes frustrating and creates a negative impression. Instead, focus on handling the sale process smoothly and professionally.

  Great platform for home buying.. Very easy UI, great app.. Booked my first flat from Settlin.. Thanks If you guys market properly, you can easily surpass your competitors, because of ease of searching and user interface you guys have in the app.. The employees are polite, and don't irritate us by calling multiple times like we see with other platforms.. Great going 👍

  So far so good. Very detailed maps unlike anything else showing every society and even blocks within. Absolutely no spam. From what it seems, full stack support for buyers is truly end-to-end which is unique in the sector I think. Deducting 1 star for too few societies which never change, it's clear they need to spend on marketing for sellers. Can revisit the rating if this improves Would also like to see home inspection added to their stack so that it becomes a one-stop shop for real.

  Settlin not Good For Buyer Because they are lier. They are taking token Amount in owner Account and based on your offer again they are searching Better offer then after 25 to 30 days they will say like House Owner not interested to sale or Owner have better offer so if you provide or more than that offer then thay are interested to sale you. They will do like this thing because of commission many people are facing this issue including me also I have prove also
