NHRA.TV is a treasure trove for drag racing enthusiasts, offering a robust platform to enjoy high-octane action right from the comfort of your home. Here are some of its standout features:
Real Experience Using NHRA.TV
Application Scenarios
As a long-time drag racing fan, NHRA.TV has been a game-changer for me. I often find myself using the app during race weekends, where I can’t always make it to the track. I remember one Saturday afternoon, I was at a family gathering and didn't want to miss the semifinals. With NHRA.TV installed on my phone, I discreetly set it up on my lap and tuned in. My relatives were oblivious, but I was immersed in the roaring engines and cheering crowds, feeling as if I was right there at the event.
Additionally, I use NHRA.TV to catch up on past races during the week. After a long day at work, there's nothing better than unwinding with a cup of coffee while watching some classic races. Just the other day, I rewatched the thrilling 2022 season finale, and it reignited my enthusiasm for the sport.
User Experience
The NHRA.TV app boasts an intuitive user interface that makes navigation a breeze. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout showcasing live events and featured videos. The quick loading times have been impressive; I’ve never faced any buffering issues during live streams, which is crucial during those nail-biting moments of a race.
Finding specific content is straightforward, thanks to the well-organized categories and search functionality. I often explore the “Latest Races” section to catch up on any events I may have missed, and the on-demand feature allows me to dive into classic races or interviews quickly. Overall, my experience using NHRA.TV has been nothing short of fantastic, keeping me engaged and informed about the world of drag racing.
Pricing
NHRA.TV offers a subscription-based model, which is quite reasonable considering the wealth of content available. The monthly plan allows fans to access all live events, replays, and exclusive content at an affordable rate. For avid fans like me, the cost is worth every penny, especially when you factor in the ability to watch every race from the comfort of your home. They also offer an annual plan, which provides additional savings for those who are committed to following the entire season.
Updates & Support
NHRA.TV regularly rolls out updates to enhance user experience and fix any bugs. I’ve noticed improvements in the app's performance over time, particularly in loading speeds and video quality. Their customer support is also commendable; I once had a question about a specific feature and received prompt assistance through their help section. It's reassuring to know that the NHRA.TV team is dedicated to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for their users.
Security & Privacy Review
As an American user, security and privacy are always top of mind when using apps like NHRA.TV. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which means it goes through standard security checks to ensure user safety. When signing up, I was required to enter minimal personal information, which is a relief compared to many other services that demand extensive details.
Additionally, NHRA.TV has a clear privacy policy outlining how they handle user data, which gives me peace of mind. I’ve noticed no intrusive ads or tracking behavior while using the app, making my viewing experience more enjoyable and less cluttered. Overall, NHRA.TV takes security and privacy seriously, allowing me to focus on what I love most: the thrill of drag racing.

I have this on both my Android & Roku devices. Besides the complaint about volume, I also have one about the fast forward on Roku. It would be nice to have three things. A video preview of where you are at as previously mentioned, not having to hold down the ff button, and a choice of at least 2 ff speeds. These are all features that most TV streaming device apps have.

Why does this app log me out every time I turn off the tv? Not only do I NOT get to pick up where I left off, but I have to log back in every day. It's not like this is a bank with sensitive or personal information. Even amazon prime tv keeps me logged in. What up? Every time I have to slog through hours of nothingness to get to a race, then get 'timed out, and have to get back in I think I'll cancel. On the other hand, the local Spectrum/Charter has moved coverage of NHRA to their most expensive cable package which is 10 times the cost of this app.

I have the app on my Galaxy S7 and it works fine. Also have the app on two Roku devices and have had no issues. NHRA TV is a paid subscription service. The video streams really well. The only complaint I have is if you are rewinding or fast forwarding to find a specific part of the video, there is no visible stream to see where you are. So it is just a hit or miss situation. Nov. 16, 2019 This is an update to my earlier review. The app is crashing on my Roku devices. Others are having similar issues. Having to watch the Pomona race on my PC.

When I signed up for NHRA. TV, I thought I'd see professional racing on a professional channel. Guess again. What I get is screw up of the week. Half the time, no sound. No notification of delays. Doesn't start on time much of the time. Weather and accident delays I understand, but much of the time is just dead air. Such a waste.

One of the attractions of NHRA drag racing is the sound of the engines. The low volume and the announcer talking through an entire process, burn out to launch, makes it impossible to enjoy this very important part of the sport. I've read in blogs that this is an ongoing problem and nothing is done about it. I immediately canceled my subscription, but wasn't given a refund. I won't renew.
