Your have to be right at the car wash before it will let you start the app process. It's doesn't allow you to tip from within the app. Today it keep saying the bar code had already been used. Tried again then it said I exceeded my daily maximum wash (2). The attendant was nice enough to let me through. Don't even think about using the app to report a problem. It is so inflexible and requires very specific entries to move on. This issue wasn't on there.

Love the convenience of the app, but I am unable to add additional services! I get an error code, but the charge goes through. First time I thought it was me, so I did it again, thinking the pending authorizations would drop. But NO! I have to call customer service to get the refund. Now I have to explain the issue and prove that the charges go through, which IS NOT convenient 😒

The app designers have built a better mouse trap. Each time I go for a wash, I am logged out and have to sign in. It wants to use the wrong email address and it is difficult to navigate to where I can enter the correct email address manually. Then each time I have to agree to terms and conditions and manually sign. When selecting the location, it takes me to Google maps, but I am already at the location. All these wash options come up which I never use. Designing the app this way was a waste.

they removed Google Pay to checkout, I'm not storing my actual debit card info on multiple sites. so, now your employees just can't get tips. I have an unlimited plan too. it was all set up using the previous app version and Google Pay. I'm not adding my debit card, so I guess I'm not adding any more upgrades or tipping your employees, so good job. wow. so update. even with an unlimited plan and a zero dollar total it won't let me wash my car because I don't have a credit card saved. cancelled

I loved the features of the app until I found out it doesn't care if the car is present for the wash. It only cares if the phone is present. The program concept is Great! The implementation is absolutely horrible. And the latest "upgrade" has disabled the ability for both my wife and I to use the app on our phones--which must be present when in our cars. If we use it on one phone we have to wait 30 days before we can switch to use it on our other phone. It's becoming quite useless.
