  Racetrac's point system is a scam. points expire so fast that you can never use them. I have been getting gas at Racetrac 1-2 times a week for almost 5 years and I still havent saved enough points for a slice of pizza. in 5 years.

  The app is fantastic, but my four stars instead of five is because of a strange interaction with the free drink daily. I've tiered up to the point of getting free drinks daily, but it's unclear if this is a ever 24 hour thing or resets at a specific time zone's midnight. I've had two instances where it was a different day, but it wouldn't ring it up properly. There is a lack of information available on the app regarding this.

  the new loyalty system is garbage doesn't even update points regularly when purchases are made every other day, employees always comment the rewards systems down. so they added a 5th tier moved rewards from tier 4 to tier 5 for this year and its still wont track things correctly its already March. most I.T. teams would sort small issues like this in less than 2 months maybe it working as they intend. add up your purchases and keep track cause the app doesn't seem to keep track right

  It signs me out all the time and I don't remember my password to get back in. Make it biometrics or Google sign in and it will be much more smooth. For the last 3 days the app is not operable and I can't spend the $80 I have loaded there in gift cards. EDIT* It worked for the last two weeks, now again it has stopped loading. C'mon... it's 2023. I don't mind playing the game of using the app and getting points, but don't make it so sporadic that it is un-usable.

  Been loyal to this store for years. Used the app to save on gas and cigarettes for a very long time. Now, the app just doesn't work. Won't even open and a "bug" notification pops up every single time. You'd figure with a company that large and one that makes that much profit, they'd have fixed this before having so many users posting for months about the issue. You'd be wrong, shows how little they actually do care. Once loyal now, I'll go next door to QT. Terrible customer retention and care.

  App is constantly broken. My main account (which I've had since I WORKED THERE) was mysteriously forbidden one day, with no explanation. Still can't access the few thousand points I had on there, never got a response about it. Points constantly fail to add, multiple pages in the app fail to load, claiming "slow connection", even when on a gigabit fiber network. They use it as a big selling point, but you may as well totally forget that. You're going to be logged out every time you go to use it.
