  I used it a long time ago and it was pretty good I bought a few things from it wasn't bad at all but now I'm trying to use the app and it's not even working at all I don't know if the app is old or what's going on with it but it asked me for my phone number so many times and I keep putting my phone number like usual like every time you just sign in and it keeps going back to asking me for my phone number. I guess I'll go to another company since their app isn't working.

  i cant make a manual payment with my card on file which makes no sense because I had to register my account with this payment.

  Can't give a one time payment on mobile, had to do it on a desktop because when I would click verify payment it would hang and never process. The app and website also doesn't update the amount owed or adjust the payment after a one time payment is made. The lease went smoothly only problems were updating the amount and making one time payments through the app, even the mobile version through chrome wouldn't work.

  This app is terrible to shop through, but I love Progressive. The app is great for finding a lease and making payments. It's terrible when you are trying to purchase items with a lease you have been approved for. It sends you in circles to see the lease you have been approved for. Then it only allows you to search in certain stores, instead of all stores connect to Progressive as advertised. It says you can shop online, but it takes you nowhere. I have never seen the virtual credit card.

  Idk what's going on with this app. It used to be so easy to use. Quick. I could see what date my 90 days was up. There's no date anymore. And lately I can NEVER get signed in. There's always an error message. And when I can get signed in, I have to do the 2 step process every time. It's so annoying. Please fix these bugs and I'll change my review. It's just pointless to have an app I can't use.

  SO PREDATORY!!! Unless you have no option, don't go through them! I used them to get my dryer at BestBuy and everything was so Sketchy. It let me make a couple early payments, but then it would tell me no matter the card I used that it was insufficient funds/error on cards I had plenty of money on. when I paid extra, instead of taking payments off the end, it took them off the beginning so I wouldn't pay it off early. When I did the early buy out, I finally had call b/c it declined everything.

  DO NOT USE - Deceptive Business Practices Warning about PROGRESSIVE LEASING: I had 2 agreements, perfect payment history, never late, and paid one off early because they encourage early payoff. After that, I was “approved,” but blocked from using it due to a fake “payment verification” error using the same debit card and bank account they already had on file. Customer service gave no explanation. Other early-payoff customers report the same issue. Be careful. DO NOT USE! They love bad customers
