  was great until I needed to cancel an order. Canceled the order before payment, hold was still placed and initial payment taken from my account, which is understandable. However, ir has not yet been refunded and second paymentnis set to be withdrawn without ever placing an order. No options are available to speak to someone other than sending a message which was then told I should see the refund in a days at most. Now 14 days later still nothing amd no longer receiving responses, like thieves!!

  I like the wide variety of options to be able to pick from for different shopping locations. However, it cost $12.99 to unlock shopping at the major brand locations. I willingly did as I figured it was a small price to pay for a $1,500 spending limit but upon clicking on my first shop it only gave me $40 to spend. I checked every store and all only $40 and it only let me spend $40 once. I've checked back for the past 5 days and still nothing more. very misleading and disappointing.

  Declined my eBay purchase even though a pending charge went through to my card for the first installment as soon as I tried to complete purchase. I understand needing to confirm available funds, but makes no sense to charge me without allowing me to complete my purchase. The amount requested matches the exact purchase total, so it isn't a discrepancy causing the error.

  Not a bad app but late fees are high as hell. I lost my job. Off one transaction I owed $30 for missing 2 payments. Not worth it. If you need to use one of these apps, stick to Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, etc. bc Four is trash. Outside of that, just save for items instead of getting involved with companies like this one with scammer like qualities.

  Do not use this app once you link bank account or even multiple ones. They stop you're shopping purchases. I've been approved for the maxed amount and they still deny every single purchase. I've always paid on time. Never missed a payment even paid early. Followed all guidelines and they still deny. I have great credit by way. do not purchase the monthly subscription to the four + once I did that, it started denying everything and charges, you a monthly fee 12.99 for account You cannot use!!!!!!

  The first time I used it they were helpful with a purchase that was rejected. I was refunded immediately. I just used their service again and the number I had for them no longer works and I'm not able to cancel the payment and it has been processing for 4 days. Amazon canceled the order due to no funds on the card Four gave me to use with them.
