I have just been through 3 rounds of hell trying to log in with their non-working pass key system. I continue to receive pages that say "we cannot log you in right now". Meanwhile, I need to log a reimbursement, & they have my $. They will also continue to charge me a fee for holding said money, & yet I can do nothing about using it! The only reason I have this account is due to a job several years ago, which provided me with an HSA- that I've not been able to contribute to for years (job chng).

The app has become useless. Every time you go to use it, it forces you to set up a pass key for "easier" login but then you can't use the pass key. I've now set up 3 pass keys to access to my information and STILL cannot access my app. It used to be great and functional, quick to review your account, etc. Not anymore.

while they give you a balance in your HSA acct. it doesn't give a running balance after debited transactions. they used to years ago. It makes it so hard to know what you have in your account. I'm tired of getting hit with insufficient fees when it shows a higher balance than what you really have. I'm constantly contributing additional funds and it takes up to almost 2 weeks to be added! ridiculous! this app is horrible!

An absolutely worthless application. I gave them the benefit of doubt earlier in the year when they rolled back the passkey system that seemed to break everything. A few months later here we are again with the same issue. Login doesn't work 9 times out of 10 and when it does you're forced to set up a passkey which still doesn't work. EDIT: As of 6/29 they managed to somehow break the app even more where I can't even login to attempt to set up a passkey. Google needs to remove this app.

Every time the app updates, it loses all account information and needs to be put back in. so far as health equity itself goes, they're terrible. They will not let you use a password You can remember, apparently You have to use their password that they want. Why not just assign a password and be done with it? I can't remember em anyways..The app doesn't accept any input from the phones stored passwords, it is just a completely and totally horrible experience.
