Has to be a scam... I've been trying to withdraw for months, but it keeps claiming that, even though I hit 2x the minimum amount posted on the withdrawal screen, I still haven't hit the minimum balance with the full amount. I even put in the exact "minimum" on the screen, and it said it was still too low. Then, when I try to contact support, the page won't load so I can ask for help.
Things went well for most of the year. I cashed out once but left the bigger chunk in the app. last week, after the maintenance, I lost 0.0001 BTC. of course it isn't a lot but I invested more than this, then it was taken away with no way of making my money back, ever. re binded my original email and nothing. doesn't even deserve a star for that.
Update. Still no response from the dev team after 3 months. Update was released, which means they are obviously active, but they still ignore emails. Pending withdrawal is still in a withdrawal status. Since they don't answer, I stopped my subscriptions. Moving on to a different app. Withdrawal request was placed in August. Been pending since.
so far the app has been fine for me ive been able to cash out twice and received my funds a day or 2 later as it says. but I recently decided to stop my recurring subscription for now. ive had 4 subscriptions go through just fine and each does have the 1 year gift running now. but I noticed that my funds only go up when im on the app switching through the menu's. ive tested this a few times by keeping track of what I have and logging back in a day or two later and it hasn't moved up at all.
The app is broken. As other users have commented, the app is not mining despite having a paid subscription and ad time. The satoshis only increase when switching tabs in the app. Also, its not showing my subscription time in the power box now, only my ad time. I'm canceling my subscription and rating 1 star until these issues are fixed. I hope the devs listen to us, because this app has great potential.
