  I can log in the website but not the app. It worked all day probably use it about 8 times. The next day I can't log in. Saved as trusted device setup finger print phone # verified email and all. Will not work on 5g or wifi. It worked great that one day. It would be 5 stars if I could use it.

  Not a fan. If you're able to login - big if - you can easily see your credit score, but when you drum down into your credit report the app becomes unstable. The screen jumps and skips all over the place making it nearly impossible to view any information. The fact that the screen is divided into three columns doesn't help. Also, you can't manage a credit freeze from within the app like you can with the Equifax and Experian apps. TransUnion needs to rethink their app. Uninstalling.

  Total Garbage - Cannot even login. I login perfectly fine repeatedly from my PC on the website. So I know my ID and PW. Try it from the app, and it just fails. Tried removing and reinstalling the app, and it still fails. Called app support. They were no help and wanted to escalate me to tech support. I did not want to waste anymore time trying to resolve this, so I declined.

  Literally the stupidest app that these developers ever created. What's the point of making you reset your password, enter your login with the new password, and then tell you "sorry! please double check to make sure you entered the right information!" as if you haven't just entered the correct login credentials. Do not bother trying to make this app work. Just uninstall and use the online portal and get screwed over that way.

  Every time I attempt to log into the mobile app, I receive a login error message. I then login on my pc, using the same credentials, and it works fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, disabled my VPN, and cleared my cache but nothing seems to work! My final move was to simply uninstall the app. It was a colossal waste of time!!!

  Wow. I thought the Experion app was annoying with regular notifications about credit card offers and other spam, but the TransUnion app (even when notification settings turned off) is just a daily reminder that I _still_ haven't applied for a credit card. ... every.single.day. Who would use this? What the he|| would this app do to me if I enabled spam and other notifications?! What an annoying way to manage access to my credit report. This is not just poorly implemented, it's awful.
