Features & Highlights
SyncMyTracks is an innovative app designed to seamlessly sync your fitness tracking data across multiple platforms. Whether you're a casual jogger or a dedicated athlete, this app guarantees that your health data is organized and accessible. Here are some of the core features that stood out to me:
Real Experience Using SyncMyTracks
Application Scenarios
As someone who juggles a busy lifestyle with a passion for fitness, I've found SyncMyTracks to be incredibly useful in various scenarios. Each morning, I start my day with a run. By using my Garmin watch to track my distance and pace, I rely on SyncMyTracks to automatically sync this data to my Strava account. This saves me time and ensures that I don’t forget to log my workouts manually. On weekends, when I take longer bike rides, I switch to my phone’s fitness app for tracking. SyncMyTracks effortlessly consolidates these different activities, allowing me to view my weekly stats in one place. Additionally, when I participate in group workouts with friends, I can easily share my progress, thanks to the app's multi-platform capabilities.
User Experience
Upon downloading SyncMyTracks, I was pleasantly surprised by its user-friendly interface. The onboarding process was straightforward; I simply entered my preferences and connected my fitness accounts. The layout is clean, with clear icons and easy navigation, which is crucial for someone like me who often uses apps in a hurry. SyncMyTracks performs seamlessly; I’ve encountered very few bugs, and the syncing is quick and reliable. I particularly enjoy the notifications that update me on the syncing status, letting me know my data is safely logged. Overall, my experience with the app has been overwhelmingly positive. It feels like having a personal data assistant that keeps my fitness journey organized.
Pricing
SyncMyTracks is available for free with an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. The free version is robust enough for casual users, while the premium subscription offers advanced analytics and custom syncing options. The pricing is quite reasonable, especially considering the value it provides to fitness enthusiasts who want to optimize their performance tracking.
Updates & Support
The development team behind SyncMyTracks is commendable; they regularly release updates that enhance the app's functionality and performance. I’ve noticed improvements in syncing speed and added features over the months. They also offer responsive customer support, which I found helpful when I had questions about syncing issues. The FAQ section on their website is comprehensive, making it easy to find solutions to common problems.
Security & Privacy Review
In today’s digital age, security and privacy are paramount, especially for American users. SyncMyTracks is available on both the App Store and Google Play, giving users confidence in its legitimacy. The app requires basic registration, asking for minimal personal information like email and password, which is standard for fitness apps. I appreciate that they don’t ask for excessive personal details, ensuring a level of privacy.
Regarding ads and tracking behavior, SyncMyTracks does not bombard users with unwanted advertisements, which is a breath of fresh air. Instead, the app focuses on functionality and user satisfaction. I have also noticed that SyncMyTracks doesn’t engage in invasive tracking practices, which is reassuring as someone who values privacy. Overall, I feel secure using SyncMyTracks to manage my fitness data, knowing that my information is handled responsibly.

Works well. Initial setup is a little confusing, but you only need to do it once. Author is quick to release updates when websites change their APIs. Update 01/06/23: The app is no longer automatically synchronizing according to its schedule. I have to manually sync every day, which is a pain. Update 05/08/24: MapMyRun files are no longer synchronizing with Garmin Connect. Update 05/16/24: Working again!

i got this app a few days ago. it's a bit of a mess. It did export a couple runs here and there but there was no consistency. The app likes to crash. It does seem to crash less if I only try to export/import a few runs at a time. Update 3/11/20: whatever was wrong with the app has been fixed. No more crashing issues and seems to be running faster.

When it works it's great. But it hardly ever works. For an app you have to pay for it's really starting to look like a waste to me. I've been looking for a way to get my runs from the Nike app dating back to 2014 over to Strava and this is the only thing I've found that has (sorta) worked. Sadly it's only worked for a handful of dates before it starts being "unable to inport". I've reached out for tech help multiple times with no response. Really disappointed.

I wouldn't waste money on this app. I have it set up properly, but the automatic syncing does not work. When I contacted the app developer, they just don't respond (several times and confirmed by email trackers that they are reading the emails). When I ask for a refund, they just don't respond. I feel like they have a product that works for some, not all, and just steal the money from the ones that it doesn't work for.

Unable to access Fitbit from your app. Trying to export data to Garmin Connect. Login works on other platforms, but your app will not connect to Fitbit. Pls, tell me HOW, or kindly send a REFUND. Thanks. I'll edit this review afterwards if it works. ...P.s. i think i got my refund. Change ur false advertisement ... does NOT work Fitbit to Garmin Connect.
