I recently used Saily during a trip to Tunisia and couldn't be happier with the experience. Initially, I tried setting up an eSIM directly through a major local Tunisian carrier (the one named after a color). Despite numerous failed attempts and wasted time trying to get it to activate, I ultimately had to request a refund. Frustrated, I downloaded Saily. Within minutes, the app was set up, the eSIM was installed, and I was connected.
Great customer services but sadly couldn't use the services at all since my phone is carrier lock and can't install esim so make sure your phone is unlocked or this app is useless for you, in a good note they refund me without issues.
refuses to activate Esim despite being at my destination, shouldn't be required to contact support for the most basic function of the app, basically a scam because it doesn't work at all
I have never used a worse connection, even in the days of modems it was better. I didn't even spend half of it before I decided to buy an esim elsewhere, which I'm very happy about.
scam that doesn't provide any service after taking payment
