I used to use this app a long time ago. It was decent and I can see where improvements have been made. The novels and short stories are like most pay by chapter apps, variable quality. My main suggestion would be to give readers better access to their account info like subscription type, frequency, pause subscription, and cancellation options.
I signed up for the $20 per week and was going to use it as a trial and there's no cancel option. I've been charged twice, and about to be again tomorrow.. How are these apps not allowed to have a clear way to cancel these subscriptions? And, no, it's not in my play store subscriptions where they normally would be. when I click on customer service, it sends me to a Facebook page? whaaat?? So I emailed the email available about canceling and im waiting to hear back. Be careful signing up for this
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! I can't find the cancel subscription option in app or on google play store.... paid 19.99 and it has gone through 2 times and I received no benefits both times and it wont even show up on the in app transactions. very dissatisfied with this because thats now $40 ive lost out on as well as not being able to cancel the subscription... I feel like I have been ripped off and noone has gotten back to me at all when ive reached out to customer service with my hinovel id #
I like the story! And like getting options to pay or watch ads. The wheel offers 100 or 200 but up until now I've been going in each day and still never got them. When I finish my story and didnt get either prize at least a couple times then, I will remove the app. I cant always pay and if you are going to put those as possibilities to get but never let us get them. Then it's not worth going in each day.
I got hooked with one of the stories and haven't been able to stop reading it. I love the convenience on my phone to read between busy times. The grammar isn't too hard to decipher. I do wish it didn't cost so much to read the stories. The check ins are nice and the wheel has worked for me. But the chapters aren't long enough for what you have to pay (in coins or actual dollars for the coins). I feel if you have over "100 chapters", every so often should be a free chapter or two.
