So, I liked the app enough to purchase the weekly plan. However, I have mixed feelings now. I can be listening to a book, and it just crashes. Search an author, crash. I pay almost $40 a month to listen freely, and I can't. Currently, thinking about an Audible account, it's only $15 a month. Edit: I have reached out and received a refund for one week. It just keep happening, I keep it because of the books, authors and the fact that it's real people not AI.

If only I could give zero stars...it's a scam!! I installed this app over 3 mths ago & built up my listening credit to almost 3K minutes for uninterrupted listening thru the summer hols. When advised to update the app, nothing was available in play store, so I signed out instead & uninstalled the app, in order to reinstall it to the latest version available. When I logged back in my 50hrs listening time had vanished!! I emailed support but received zero response so don't bother with this app!!

The books are fun good easy listens. Not having a setting menu, not fun. can't turn off autoplay when it connects to my car, can't turn off haptic feedback. sometimes it plays both the ad and the book at the same time, it locks you in the ad so you can't pause the book. sometimes the ads are so long my phone goes to sleep and I don't get the reward. these are minor things that could be fixed.

The app works great and I enjoy that the ads are an option for free minutes. I wish the ads gave more than 5 minutes of listen time though. I also wish that if we want to go back and listen to a chapter of the story that has already played, it wouldn't get deducted from the minutes again. Seems a little shady to have to use minutes for a part of the story that has already been 'paid for' with minutes.

this year in January when I gave this app a chance everything was amazing. I loved how there are different options to listen too. However the problem i have been having for 2 days is that every time I try to get 5 extra minutes the button doesn't work or when it does go to an add it has trouble loading, even though my wifi connection is good, or one out of 3 adds would play but I still dont get my 5 extra minutes. I even restarted my phone and turned my wifi on/off but this still keeps happening

Nice stories but very frequently I watch ads to earn play time and I don't receive the 5 minutes. Once I finish watching the ads I'm not granted the 5 minutes that are promised. This happens ALOT, very disappointed. I know it's programmed that way and it's not ok. Also when I skip back 15 seconds while listening it still uses my time as if I hadn't already played though the episode.

itsaid, if I watch a couple of commercials, I can watch the more of the or listen to more of the story and the commercials just don't end, they don't really have set commercials, they just keep ongoing or just stay there, it's not clear what you're supposed to do and it's annoying and not helpful, I'd like to know how many commercials I'm watching, and when they start and y they end, so I can get back to the story. Kinda sucks.
