Great and simple way to create a resume... especially if you're like me, who doesn't know to create a professional resume. But, recently on the app, everytime I choose to edit and update my resume, it just stays on the loading screen and never allows me to edit!!! I pay over $20 for this app and yet I have to go through this. I've had enough and want to cancel my subscription but get this.... you can't cancel through the app and have to call... wow. Very disappointing.
It is a horrible app. It lags profusely and worst of all, the owners are deceptive in their descriptions about the free trial and how easy it is to cancel your subscription. If you are a hostage to the recurring subscription, as long as you have an android, It is simple to cancel your subscription from the play store. You dont even have to interact with anyone from the company. "No" means "No"! They may try to force themselves on you over the phone, but at the Play Store they lack opportunity
It was going great until I made a purchase. it's simple and helpful to use as it guides you through it. However you're not able to download your resume at all unless you pay the minimum amount of 3 something dollars. So I did. Not even 7 hours later and they charged me 34 dollars for their yearly subscription which I DID not willingly buy. What type of free trial only lasts for 6-7 hours and then not even tell you?? Customer service sucks too and won't even help. Don't even bother with this app.
It's extremely slow. Slow when I want to add information in esp in the description area. When you make a grammar mistake and it takes time to remove one letter, then messes up again, then deals with the same Slowness. It's very time frustrating. I use an android. It shouldn't be that slow. Please fix your application so we can write and then wait to write.
It's definitely a scam to keep charging you the subscription fee monthly. There's no way to cancel online or through the app. You have to call to cancel. Then you confirm your email only to be told your account is free! Meanwhile they continue to try and withdraw the monthly fee every day! Then you give your account number to be told again you aren't on the monthly subscription plan! Then they want the card # I used and full name on card! Unbelievable! Blocked them through the bank!
