I contacted support to explain that I wanted to cancel my subscription, and would need help as it was not appearing in the play store. What I got back in response was a generic message on how to cancel through the play store, same as you see in the app itself. They could at least pretend that they read it and cared about my issue. I emailed no less than 3 times with the same problem. Thanks, but no thanks, if they're just going to ignore it I'll contact my bank.
DON'T BOTHER - OVERLY EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON! For 1 week it's $19.99, and you have to go through 1 minute clips which is annoying. I bought a $5.99 pack thinking that would unlock just that movie and it only unlocked a like 15 episodes out of the 54 they had. Watched 5 ads and than they make you pay. What a rip off. All the other platforms might be $19.99 but they are usually bundles of multiple platforms. And for a WHOLE MONTH! what's up with this week nonsense! Don't use this platform!
False advertising. They say "watch as much as you want free"! But they just try to trick you into buying coins just to finish one story. I'd love to finish the story I started, but I'm not THAT concerned about it that I would pay that kind of money to finish the story. You watch way more ads than actual story content, and story chapters are roughly a minute and a half, whereas you'll have to watch 3 to 4 minutes worth of ads to unlock anything. Scam. Uninstalling.
The movie is great, but all of the conflicting tactics to view ads are disgusting! That goes for all of these types of movies! You are gold diggers just like the bride character in this movie! I'll just wait until I can view for free, instead of painstakingly struggling through ads just to see maybe 2 minutes of the movie before it goes to another commercial!
I'm uninstalling. This app wants to trick you into paying for coins. It "gives" you the option to watch ads instead of paying but for the last few episodes you HAVE to pay for coins. I say that because it doesn't matter how many ads you watch it won't play the episodes. Also throughout the other "freebie" episodes with ads it says you can watch 5 episodes with ads but only let you watch 4 episodes. Such a scam. Literally would stoop so low for money. You guys can... I'm not even gonna say it
