No ads (im assuming because Im paying) and its really easy to use. However so far none of the content on the app is playable. So far I can only play Beep-beep. We got this because our baby (2 yrs) is obsessed with Mr Snail. Unfortunate this is one of the many videos that can't play. I raised it with Baby TV but to no avail. 1 star out of 5 for wasting our time and for making the baby really miserable. Shame as the content has so much potential yet the app has let them down. Im now unsubscribed.
My daughter absolutely loves BabyTV, so we thought we'd subscribe to the app. Well, that's not going too good. I'm almost ready to demand a refund for the past few months we've been subscribed because the app is terrible. Everytime it's getting stuck on the loading screen and it's just a white screen. I've forced stopped it. Cleared cache and still no joy. And please don't reply with "Ypu can create your own playlist by clicking the heart" That would be possible if the app worked.
I paid for a subscription for this app to have the option of downloading videos to watch offline, but there is no option to do this on the app. After searching on the website I found a screenshot of how to do it, but it is completely different to the app Ive already paid for. Also there was a 7 day free trial period that I didn't get, the money came out of my account straight away! Seems like a huge rip off, or not updated? I'm so disappointed and feeling cheated!
The child loves Leo & Pix. I found the app and decided to see if it offered the option to watch just that show. It does... if I subscribe monthly. While it isn't that much, seeing that I pay extra on the Cable bill specifically to let her have this channel, paying extra to let her have multiple episodes of her preferred show seems redundant and like a money grab.
My boys love the content but the app doesn't work correctly. You should be able to navigate the menu in both landscape and portrait mode but this is not a option and a lot of the games won't even open. Also the screen does not correctly fit the tablet screen so you can't touch the X to close the videos. Also if this is a Walt Disney product why isn't content such as the cuddlies available on Disney plus? That subscription costs enough without this broken app on top.
