I've cashed out twice. I updated the app, now my boints and user id is at zero. Very late update: They fixed this issue, and I'm getting close to cashing out again! They usually fix issues within a day, which is nice. I know many reviews already mentioned this but opening the app takes quite a while to load! Sometimes, I have to open and close it to get it to work.
WAS good, But not anymore. I used to be able to cash out and it would go straight to my PayPal account. I can open the app, download games through the app, it connects to the games and calculates what I've earned, but when it comes to cashing out or trying to reach out to support it says there's no connection. I emailed support and have not heard back. I've uninstalled the game, I'm very disappointed as I cashed out $14 a few months ago and never received it and I have $21 currently saved up.
If only zero stars was possible.. I've been using this app for years always had some minor issues but was corrected quickly. Lately those "issues" happen a lot more frequently and it's harder to get in touch with customer service now. I have been waiting on a cash out since July it's now November and I am unable to contact anyone. When I try support in app it just says "network error" plus my "cash" reset to zero when it was $76. months of my time wasted. DELETING ALL OF IT🙄
I have been trying to log into my account for a several days now and it won't go past the loading page. It was fine until the most recent update. Since I updated it I have not been able to access my account. I can't even access the support area for help because the app doesn't load. Okay, so it finally let me through, but all my Boints have been wiped clean and I didn't cash them out. What is going on? This used to be a great app but I may be deleting it soon if I can't get help fixing this.
I'd give 1 star but it does payout, I'd give 5 stars if it didn't take over a month to payout, they make you jump through all sorts of hoops to get paid (I'm sure it's in the terms of use) points are pretty easy to get but having to wait over a month for 5 bucks is not worth it, when you cash out it says within a few minutes, then when you get to the next step it says 24 to 48 hours, 6 weeks later you might get paid. Justplay, mistplay, tapchamps and playwell are way better options. Not this
