  I can't log in now I have a color coming to me when I'd rather go to a color bar. I love the this hair die I don't have an allergic reaction. The website is terrible now I'm paying a high shipping rate. that is why I switched to going to the color bar.

  it's impossible to use. I want to change my color selection and there is no way, I'm about to cancel because it doesn't let me to change color. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

  it drives me crazy! it freezes, it glitches, it takes you in circles, not user friendly for making appointments and especially for selecting or changing your service. it has been like this for years and someone needs to update this app PLEASE!!!

  The app does not work anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. Just will not permit me to log in anymore, making it functionally useless.

  Wow! I'm impressed & will definitely be placing an order. I tried the virtual color. I was absolutely in love w/ Pic! Excellent Results/Recommendation! (Blonde huh? 🤔 Looks good) A little confusing saving pictures. Its odd even 4 tech enthusiast. It doesn't save right away. must click allow & choose where to share aka save. It made me feel happy to see color result! That's not an easy feat especially for app. I can't wait to order! Must have good light 4 good color results!

  The hair color is terrific, but I mix two colors according to a stylist's recommendations and my subscription only allows me to choose one color at a time. This forces me to change the color periodically. When I try to change the color, my chosen color doesn't come up as a recommendation, so I have to go to the list of all colors and find it. I have to go through this process every few weeks, which is annoying.

  Horrible, buggy app that doesn't work. It's only good for browsing prices. Can't schedule an appointment - crashes every single time. And can't use it for check-in at appointments because on Android phones, the check-in button is too far down the screen, covered by Android navigation buttons.

  This app sucks! It freezes every time I try to book an appointment. It gives me the option to either continue or exit from one screen, but I can’t actually do either of them. Also, I once called customer service bc I wasn’t sure if my upcoming appointment was included in my membership, and the AI was completely useless. It said something like: “Your 2 appointments are 5 weeks apart. Your membership covers 1 app every 6 weeks. Therefore, your next app is free of charge" which was obviously wrong.

  I had the app. Made a purchase, awaiting shipment. In the meantime, I was logged out of the app and now when I try to sign in, it can't find an email address associated with the account yet i can login online and see my subscription? I'd like for the app to work for ease of my subscription. I have email confirmations of products shipping?
