If I could give 2.5 stars, I would. This experience isn't great, but could be good. The game play and controls are very... weird and hard to understand at first, and just isn't a user friendly interface. It's also super laggy. Unlike with most of the reviews, I was at least able to play the game without it closing me out, so there is a plus. I also like how it's cross device too, and can be played by anyone with pretty much any device. But this game really needs some work.
The game is super laggy and can barely play long enough to even know what's going on because of it, even though I do think it would be fun to play still. And the Santa hat just glitches out, spinning in circles when the game starts. Also, when you do family gathering mode, so much is going on that it lags and glitches out to the point where the screen becomes black. And the game crashes. If this could be fixed, more people would play for mobile. I'm hoping to see some updates soon on this👍☝️🙏

The game starts up, and gets to the main menu, than after selecting which mode to play it goes to a loading screen for a little bit just before exiting out of the entire game. I've tried on multiple devices and get the same results every time. Please fix ASAP I've been so hyped over this game, than when I can finally afford it, it doesn't even work

The game is unplayable. I'll try to play a game and can't even make it past the loading screen because it freezes, it then totally wrecks my System UI so it takes 10 minutes just to close out the app! It's a complete waste of money and it feels like a total scam since you can't even play it.
