The game is fairly fun with a lot to do, but early on I'm noticing there's a lot of things gated to the DLC. I'm picking up a chunk of loot that requires the Immortal Throne. If you've only purchased the base game your loot pool seems to be forever poisoned by stuff you can't use. That's a pretty big deal for a game whose main gameplay loop heavily depends on finding newer and better stuff.
Well, I kind of feel like the game was a waste of money. Because it is extremely unbalanced. I am only on the second mission and the boss seems almost impossible to kill. I do not have the time to sit here and farm for 8 hours to get up to level whatever to be able to kill him, and that is boring as hell. The game needs to be more balanced , especially when it's only the second d*** mission
I've put in about 400 hours on the PC version over the years, and about 100 hours on the app. Totally worth the purchase price, and overall a solid app, but the controls really limit the gameplay. Expect to get your character to stop moving and die occasionally. Expect your attacks to target the worst possible enemy. Expect your self-buffs to target your pet or your banner instead of you. These are minor frustrations, and didn't bother me at first, but they get old after a while.
Just like the pc version. A fine game. Story isn't all that but it's still a great game. The lag that some complain about isn't the port but the game itself which was present in the pc game. The issue is that the longer you the more clutter stays in the world. Dead bodies, weapons/armor that you don't pick up etc. None of these go away. Exit to the main menu and go back into the game and you're fine. - 1 for story
to be honest, the reason why I bought this game was because I wanted to kill a bunch of enemies with spear and shield while wearing hoplite armor. that's good enough reason for me to give it 5 stars. it's relatively simple RPG game. Skills and mastery systems are easy to understand. in case you are missing something, the tutorials can be viewed again from the start menu. the graphics are amazing for mobile port of a PC game. highly recommend this
