It's a fun game and they give you 200 free tokens for signing up, but if you win you have to checkout which means you have to pay 4.99 to unlock a feature for free shipping. Everything cost money, and the prizes are cheap, it's just a way for someone to get rich. It's a great buisness idea but if you're going to charge for everything have a few machines that are free to play with each turn having a set amount of turns.
The best online claw machine app I've played. It has a variety of different games and prizes. The app is somewhat slow and laggy, but not to the point of being unusable. You do have to make one purchase of tokens in order to get any prizes you've won shipped, but once you've made one purchase you get unlimited shipping. you also get free coins daily, though it does take a while for it to build up enough to play more then a couple games at a time
I have only had this about 4 days. I won several prizes thru free tokens. I was even gifted a few when I was trying to do the duck game. disputes are handled quickly because of the cameras on each game. I love that they have some free to play options for key chains and tickets. its a lot of fun when your turn comes up. some controls aren't the best. but the games are still fun. I am enjoying it. the option to earn free tokens is real thru playing other games off the app store.
After experimenting with many claw apps, this one is the most promising. I love my prizes! A few machines didn't register my win and the customer care team refunded/made it right with ease. This will probably become the only claw game I play because of that and the fact that the prices of tokens are not overly expensive like other apps + you can play games/try apps to win coins, so you don't always need to buy them.
Updating my review because I paid the 5 to play the machines now I think it's worth it. However, sometimes you do not get the things you actually picked up. For instance picking up a panda plush and getting a yellow hamster plush instead. I understand that things can be out of stock but having to pay to play the machines and not getting what you got is annoying and scammy. We should be given a choice at the point of what we want instead.
